Mindfulness can be an act of self-care. Self-care is making conscious choices that support physical and emotional well-being. Practicing Mindfulness can help with both physical and mental health. Please join us in a 75-minute mindfulness session and explore how mindfulness can support your brain and body.

Amy Tarrant has been teaching mindfulness/ meditation for all ages since 2010. Amy has training through Brown University, Mindful Schools, plus local and national leaders in the field of mindfulness and meditation. She is dedicated to cultivating a community that is sustainable in happiness, peacefulness, health, and wellness...one breath at a time.
