AADL's Halloween Costume Contest is back! Got a creative, cool, cute, or spooky costume? Come in your flashiest, most beautiful, or most outrageous costume to AADL’s annual costume contest!

To enter, you must be seen by the judges between 11:30 am-2:00 pm. The award ceremony will be held at 3:00 pm. We will have a photo booth (from 12:00-3:00 pm) for all to commemorate the day.

Best Overall Kids Costume

Best Overall Teen Costume

Best Overall Adult Costume

It wouldn't be an anime convention without a cosplay contest!

This family-friendly contest will have room for many winners, including Judges’ Favorite, Best Overall Kids Costume, Best Overall Teen Costume, Best Overall Adult Costume, Best Anime or Manga Costume, Best Video Game Costume, Most Creative Group Costume, Best Robot Costume, Most Complex Costume, and Most Hilarious Costume.

All are invited to attend this fun awards ceremony to celebrate our awesome cosplay community!

Roll out the red carpet! It's time to announce the winners of the 2025 Tiny Film Festival. Amateur filmmakers were invited to submit works up to 1 minute in length. Join us as we applaud the artists and present their films on the gallery screen at the Downtown Library. See contest details and how to enter at aadl.org/tinyfilms.

Come use icing and toppings to create a cupcake masterpiece! Enter your completed cupcake in our contest for a chance to win summer game points!

You do not need to enter the contest in order to decorate a cupcake.
